well it came together pretty easy so i'm taking it as a sign that it's the right thing to do and staying here through the end of may. all in the course of today, i met with a woman about a job in town, was offered and bought a bike and found out my amazing subletters are going to take my place for another month (i wish it wasn't because NYC real estate sucks but i'm happy to give them a place while they keep at it and i get more QT with the beach)!
